Auto unzip file in VBA

It's possible to add some code to unzip the files in case they are .gz, it will need to point to the unzip engine to trigger this action. Is it possible to have the VBA code where you want to add this option?

The problem is that they are 'gz' files zipped so i have to manually transfer all the files in my R: (zipped files) to my C: (unzipped), i would like someone to look at my VBA to see if there is a way to incorporate in a unzip function as it is opening a file.
