I have tens of Egyptian Mobile Phone Directory in Excel sheets I need someone to do the following : apply some formulas to make: "Excel File has a Column that Full of Mobiles Numbers with different entries, Variety between 9 / 10 / 11 / 12 / 13 digits some starts with country code, some with digit 0 , some without & so on I need help to do the following: Problem Result needed 201223104516 to be 01223104516 Start with 2 ( cell contains any No of digits ) Delet the 2 & keep the rest 021223104516 to be 1223104516 Start with 02 ( cell contains any No of digits ) Delet the 02 & keep the rest 123104516 to be 01223104516 No Zero at the beginning (Cell Contains 9 Digits ) Must Start with Zero ( to be 10 Digits) 1223104516 to be 01223104516 No Zero at the beginning ( Cell Contains 10 Digits ) Must Start with Zero ( to be 11 Digits) After all that I need a formula to Lookup at each cell to Do the following : any Cell Starts with Zero & contains 11 Digits to stay as it is because that's correct No. any Cell Starts with Zero & contains 10 Digits is not Correct & must be changed as Following Starts with To Start with & the rest as it is 012 0122 017 0127 018 0128 010 0100 016 0106 019 0109 011 0111 014 0114 0150 0120 0151 0101 0152 0112 Example Result 0123104516 01223104516 Simply I need Someone who is Expert in Excel Formulas

Depending on your file format, this looks like it is more suitable for python or some simple DB environment. This should not be hard to do.
