The format of the comma delimited file is:
Game date,Visiting Team,Home Team,Time as Eastern Time
For example the games on October 25, 2016 would show:

2016-10-25,San Antonio Spurs,Golden State Warriors,10:30 PM
2016-10-25,Utah Jazz,Portland Trailbazers,10:00 PM
