I am conducting time series analysis and would like an R script that I can use to forecast future workforce flows while being able to set targets. I would like to be able to define the targets in the script and know how many years it will take to achieve. I am currently using the naive method of forecasting for simple projections but want to make the tool more useful by being able to change scenarios and look at various forecast outcomes.
