I need some senior person from Casting background 18-20 years of Foundry experience. JD/Skill set required are as [login to view URL] you suggest anyone ?it’s not a permanent position, it’s only for 18 months for specific project. Any consultant/free lancers/individual professionals will be good. Project Management (Excellent) Supplier on-boarding (Excellent experience and documented success) Supplier management (Great experience) Sourcing (Good experience) Quality management (experience) High attention to details Foundry processes (Good experience) especially Low Carbon Alloy steel casting experience / Ground engaging tools *Before cast* Pattern Maintenance Sand Casting experience including metal chilling and use of chromite / zircon chilling sand placement. Material properties & melting process Testing Spectro analysis Charpy testing Pouring requirements & process Knock-out process / requirement *After Cast* MPI Metallurgy / QT / Tempering. Sand blasting Fettling and gauging Quality inspection process
