Flash Banners for Google Ads

We need flash banners for our Google Adwords Campaings. We post this contest for the first banner and plan to continue for remaining sizes with the winner. We will pay for the extra banners. Specs: [login to view URL] (After Completition of the first banner, we will continue with the sizes written in the googles page and maybe some more) The design file is attached. 300x250px * The data should be dynamic. You should provide a xml template, we will change the content of the xml dynamically. Xml should be read from an external url. If the daha has 20 rows, you will get random 3-4 of them due the banners design. * Each product has seperate information. Such as, imageurl, name, price, desc, href. These data should be read from the xml. * Red thin border should go to next product every 2 seconds and stop on 25th second. * Green button should have hover color. (Psd file includes the color) * The logo below have a seperate static link. * All the Flash Specs from Google is a MUST.
