Flash banner need completed today

The banner starts out with white background with blue ball/globe spinning Globe separates into the globe like in the design provided out of the top of the globe (one flattened) comes text "Fraud", "credit", "compliance", "collateral" Then the yellow banner should come from right to left Then text should come across the banner right to left "WALZAK RISK ANALYSIS" then look like it's wrapping around the back of the banner and disappear Then text should come across the banner right to left "THE WRAP SCORE" and stay in the center Then the whole thing should sit for like 5 seconds and then everything fades out to white. The graphics are included in this and are vector so getting them into flash should be easy. The size of the banner is Width 550 pixels Height 120 pixels I need this done like ASAP and done right if you cannot get it the way I described above don't even waste your time bidding.
