Sliding Banner Images for Website and Stand-In Photo for products without images

We are in need of 4 banners for our sliding banner on our homepage of our Website in the making ([login to view URL]) We also need some stand-in images for when we don't have product images. Our new magento site has some standard images but we would like to customize this for our site. Requirements: 1. We nee the designer to come up with the concept and them for our sliding banner images. These need to be elegant, professional, contain our product images (will provide when project is awarded), and match our site. 2. We need the designer to provide re-works as needed and unlimited revision. This includes new design concepts if we don't like the first draft. You can see some examples on the site but most importantly, we need rights usage rights to these photos and they need to be Honey Bees if you're going to use them in there and not bumble bees. Some of our current images are bumble bees. 3. We need one of the banners to show our return policy but something that matches our new design concept. Here is the original ([login to view URL]) at the top under the tabs 4. For the image unavailable default product images, we would like something very classy and be grayed out. Maybe a hive with something like images coming soon? Go ahead and design something great for us.
