Hi, I'm looking for a cartoon character and backgrounds illustrador/designer for on going project, who will be able to continue my current line of illustrations with EXACT the same graphics and quality. You can find our illustrations here [login to view URL] I prefer to work with a freelancer not an agency. Please provide your previous works with similar graphics. If you seriously want to get this gig then I will be asking you to make small replication of my character. I'm looking for someone whose rates are around 15$ per hour. Don't bid on the project if your rate are much higher than that. Best regards,
