Change color of skin and hair. Photoshop

Closed the original project because the work was way past due not complete and not up to the standard set by the mock up originally made by the freelancer. I need the skin, hair and eye color of 22 images changed. In the link below the 2 picture before and after show what I need done. If your not will to make a mock up please don't post on the project. The mock up needs to be made from the photo called testbefore. ~The folder work contains the 22 picture I need done. ~The folder good and bad are the previous freelancers attempts don't copy it just use it to see what not to do. ~Some not all of the picture contain small amounts of nudity please do not bid if your not comfortable working on it. ~I need .psd so you need Photoshop for this project and the skin, eyes, and hair each done in different layers(at least 4 layers in total original, skin, eyes, hair) Hopefully spelling things out more in the original post will attract more serious bidders
