Looking to build a simple web page that sources its data from a weather web services. This web services returns either json or XML data feeds. The weather services is accessed via a URL that changes daily based on a the url being constructed (this is based on a simple calculation/concatenation and MD5 Hash). A couple of web pages may be required that include a small banner sized layout and a full page layout. The final web page(s) will be used on a LED Display system (TV Display) like seen in shopping centres.

Dear client, I've created a weather app before. I can't attach the screen shots of web app i created as there is no option here. That web app is not live, that is on local-host. I can share it's screen shots if you give me your email. That app takes data from xml data feed and displays the weather condition of different cities.
