Zulutrade Clone for Indian Stock Market

I want to create a website similar to zulutrade. It will be a financial website where trader will trade on live price on [login to view URL] will be ranked on the basis of profit which they will make. Investors will have a option to follow traders, but for following a trader, investor have to pay a fee on per trade basis. The fee will be decided by trader independently and a cut of fee will be deducted by our platform/website. Website will show a live price data from NSE (National Stock Exchange of India) and MCX (Multi Commodity Exchange of India). The website should display continuous live rate without any delay and trader should be able to trade on those prices. prices of top 500 shares of NSE will be available on the website. There will be certain restrictions on traders like maximum number of open trades at a time, maximum number of trades in a day etc. Website will rank traders and will display detail statistics of their trading history so that investor can make decision to follow few traders of their choice. If an investor decide to follow a trader then investor will have to pay the prescribed fee for getting information about live trades initiated by [login to view URL] will get the notification of new trades through email, sms, our desktop software and instant notification on our own android app. Traders will have option to trade from website or through a trading software of our company. Thus this project consist of following work : 1. Create a website like Zulutrade where traders can join and trade online on NSE top 500 shares. 2. Traders can trade through our own customize trading software. 3. Trading records of all trades of trader will be displayed on website and traders will be ranked on the basis of theie profitability. 4. All the open positions/ new trade data on website will be delayed by few minutes so that investor cant copy trades from website in free without paying fee. 5. If investor find a trader suitable and want to follow that trader then he has to pay a fee to trader through our website. A cut of fee (let say 10% will be deducted as website charges and remaining will be given to trader). Our website should have payment gateway to accept payment online through credit card and bank transfer etc. 6. Website should be integrated with sms gateway so that instant live alert can be sent to investors whenever trader open/initiate a new trade. 7. We should have our own android app, which will be a replacement to our website for those who want to trade through android app and for those investor who are following traders. (For reference see zulutrade android app). 8. We should have a tiny desktop application which should pop up instant trade alert on new initiated trades on PC. I want someone who can work on this project even after its launch, i will give fix monthly fee for technical support after its launch.
