3-D Cylinder rendering and applying 30 logos

I need a 3-D rendering of a cylinder white foam wand that is 15 inches logo x 1 3/4 inches in diameter. I have photos of the actual wand that needs to be rendered. After completing the rendering of the foam white wand I have 30 different logos that need to be done and applied to the wand that was created. I have all the logos in jpeg so adding the logos to the wand for each customer should not be that difficult. I provided two attachements of a photo of the wand that needs to be rendered. I have a 95.00 budget to complete this project. 95.00 is for rendering the wand as well as applying 30 different logos to the same wand that will be rendered. For a sample I would like to see the wand rendered with a logo that says "SAMPLE" take the word sample and apply it to the wand. Just for sample purposes. Mike.
