Redesign Landing Page for Wordpress Site

Looking for someone who is Smart, Creative, Responsive, understands the flow of a web-site, understands user behavior, can design and build pages that have all the necessary information on them that most "Successful" sites have on them. Can you do this? We will get 50 responses from "freelancers" mostly with canned responses and cheap prices, only to never hear back from 80% of them and the 20% suddenly increase their bid and/or are not qualified. Please do not respond unless you have read the requirements. We need to redesign our site M(o)(b)(i)(l)egua(r)d.c(o)m - the banners need to be better, the SEO needs to be better, calls to action need to be better, we are conducting a webinar in January and that should be on the home page, the request for information boxes should have the fields in them so the people don't have to click the button, blogs should be on the home page, recent press releases should be on the home page, the banner should not be so big and should be relevant, we have a "Guide to Mobile Compliance" that people can download - that should be seen on the home page. We have been in the Wall Street Journal, WFTV news, Dr. Phil - these should also be on the home page. We would like to redirect our other site Text -- xx Guard dot com.. So you can get some ideas there. (We have changed the name of the company and do not want to lose the SEO we have gotten from the old site. The rest of the site should be more fluid using our BEST keywords, we need videos on some pages with embedded keywords which we are developing now. We are seeking a professional who prides themselves, has experience and will perform their own QA, (check the links, keywords, grammar, workflow, etc., before submitting finished porject) I am seeking someone EXTRAORDINARY who can deliver an AMAZING product. Someone who can guide us and create the best landing pages (as well as enhancing subsequent pages) with graphics, format, conversions, SEO, content, in a responsive and professional manner. We need to look like a billion dollar company! We also have several other sites that need updating and looking for someone to help with all of them. The basic colors and design are fine, we are just looking for someone to make it much better - do not have to start from scratch since the overall design is good with the exception of the home/landing page a few other changes.
