Hey, I am pretty sure I can help you on making this object work on unity, if I take a look at the object I may be able to link the already existing files, or if the files are not ok, I can retexture and reshade them inside my own Unity version and then you'll just need to reimport. Send me 1 model tha you download it from cg trader i will find the problem and fix it very soon,if its simple i will show you how to fix it with the other model and if its need some work on texture i will fix them all , i got thease error all the time because i make my own model and texture and use them in unity , there is many cases ans i need to discover the problem.

I haven't seen what your models look like in Unity, but I suspect it is a problem with the UV's, in which case simply reworking the UV's in 3DS Max (for example) would fix your problem. I would be happy to work on this and expect to spend no more than 1-2 hours (max) per model.

I've used Unity for many years and I'm currently working on my own mobile multiplayer title so I'm up to date with the latest version of Unity. Your problem is probably related to how the model is being imported/how materials are being generated.
