Bitcoin Wallet + Trading Script with Electrum

I need an good Senior Programmer that can make an Bitcoin wallet / Trading Script using Electrum Wallet with BIP32 Pubkey. Here some Pictures Attached how it must look/must can do. All must connected with the BTC Balance in the header of course and convert the BTC Balance automaticly in the EUR Balance. The Send Bitcoin button can be an Popup window with this options or more (Check Picture). With enter PIN or 2FA to confirm sending. Also the last transaction must show on the page with Date,Description, Amount (With convert in EUR behind), Balance (Available EUR BALANCE after Transaction) and Status (Send Bitcoin always "complete",if its no error and Deposit "pending" until 3 Confirmations). ############### On the right site from Header i want an Dropdown Menu with Profile (Personal Info like Address etc and Account Picture),Security (change Password,enable Two-factor authentication with Google Authenticator) Verification, and Logout (Redirect to Login page). € $ DEPOSIT: I want that user can also Deposit money with API = Credit Card (I fill out self the provider), Payeer, Perfect Money, Payza, Okpay, Wire, Sofort Banking. Deposit for the most (Not wire) must deposit automaticly after confirmation to the EUR BALANCE and convert it also in BTC BALANCE. ############### CARDS: USD VIRTUAL CARD,EUR VIRTUAL CARD and EUR PLASTIC CARD are the default Cards.
