Build a arduino uno code having gps, gprs module and camera interface which sends data to a webpage having a google maps on it showing the real time location when the button "get location" is clicked on the webpage whose data coming through gps module via gprs module and arduino. Also, the webpage will show the video through the camera interface on it when the button "Show video" gets clicked on the webpage.

Have server " push " capabilities. 2. RT GPS location. 3. RT Video feed. While 1 and 2 can be achieved, It is impossible to do 3 on an Uno ( processing and memory constraint ) and GPRS modules ( Video over 2G is not practical )
