We are looking for someone to build a custom CMS for my audio streaming website. Currently we are using Joomla with Commedia extension which scans directories and lists all MP3s from a given directory and creates links for playing and downloads. As we have around 5K MP3s the database is getting bigger and bigger which causes load issues. Greetings, According to my understanding, we have to develop such a website in which you must be able to manage your mp3 audios, artists, albums etc. Events will also be part of project development and for sure, this is not just a WordPress type simple website but I am concerned that your budget of US $1,500 is low, so would you be flexible in it? Hi! i dunno if you really need a custom cms, although is logical that you might need to work with PostgreSQL, i do think you could mabe separate different db for genre so the performance is way better, and maybe migrate it to a wordpress multisite. That would ease as well the mobile apps requirements you have. Lets chat a bit more over the details. Regards
