Build a Website

I need to create a private website that has a login in order to access the information. The website does not need to be fancy. The webpage will be used to enter information on a daily basis for our client. We have to be able to enter simple information in a spreadsheet type of website. We also need the information to be stored in a calendar, for example: all the information entered with the date June 1st 2016 will be accessible if i click on June 1 2016 in the calendar. To give you an idea of the context: we will be analysing the water in 27 water parcs and we have to write the results of the analysis on the website. (please see document attached for how part of it should look like on the website) The primary page should look like the document that is attached but with no information entered in the ''Enter Data here'' sections of the report. we also have to be able to select the date and the information must be saved for the date that was chosen. There will be 27 charts with the title of each water parc (that i will give you) as well as a place to write notes underneath each chart. There has to be a save button at the bottom. When the information is saved, the reports must be stored by date and we have to be able to have acces to the reports when we select a specific date. Every time we log there has to be an empty report on the home page that we can fill in.
