Build Wordpress Website - User to User E-commerce

Hiring a web developer to create a website using WordPress. The overall look and feel should be simple/basic with very little graphics and mostly text. Think of a website with a basic classified advertisement look (e.g. Craigs...list). Sellers can post items and buyers can choose to purchase them (e.g. e…Bay). Please use coding good practice (neat and structured). Theme and font should be consistent throughout the website. Please no reference of coder’s name or company shall be included for this project. Also expecting several items to be “fine-tuned” so I will need instructions on how to update those fields.
