Clone / make similar as a customized wordpress theme

We want to make a similar website to an existing customized wordpress site. This is task 1 and we will provide reference site when talking. Task 2: It's also about make a responsive loan filter that filters amount. The loan amount filter needs to have a support function or plugin in wordpress where we can add lenders, amount, payment time and tracking code to a button. (please look at example pictures) So what we need to be included in the plugin or function is: 1) Add lender in 2) Add what amount lender can offer in 3) Add what payment time the lender is offering 4) Add tracking to button 5) Select on what pages or categories we want that lender to appear in. 6) Possibility to add info about the lendo similar to example. We also need to have possibility to see: - List of added lenders - Possibility to edit added lenders All added lenders also need to have unique pages at our site.
