I want a dragon scene tattoo that describes what I have gone through. I will give further details of the scene when I find the right Artist. This tattoo has to be perfect and the artist needs to be very detailed and creative. This tattoo will be a permanent image on my left arm, half sleeve.

I will submit layout studies initially since this has an important role. Upon approving the layout, we must agree to style and rendition of the tattoo illustration. You may want to have bench marks regarding this and supply image references at the onset of the project to help speed it up. I may also provide rendition style snippets of the approved layout. The project period and cost I desire ($250 in 15 days) is to compensate for changes/revisions and the time and effort I will put in ( dedicate all my working time until completion) for the project.
