IMPORTANT: Only apply for this project if you have samples of similar projects where you have edited a 2D render like this to have high detail. 1. Grass added 2. Landscaping added (see masterplan attached, shows garden bed + plant location) 3. Plants dont need to be exact, but similar placement is helpful 4. Some ground and sky where the large white sections are 5. Add 5-10 of cars to the carpark 6. Must look realistic, not too fake - Must be supplied as .PSD file with layers so we can adjust - Must be supplied at original high resolution - Must be delivered within 12hrs
