Looking for an Illustrator/Graphic Designer to make digital art to a specific size, resolution as well as content. I'm looking for a skyline of Washington D.C. on a cloudy night with a full moon, with a searchlight (along the lines of the bat signal) originating from the top of the White House projecting the words "We The People" as it appears on the U.S. Constitution up into the clouds. Looking for an obvious original creation, not pieced together photographs. Size must be equivalent to 14" W x 18" H with minimum resolution of 2682x1788 pixels. Looking for reliable, repeatable business. Will pay up to $200 per graphic.
