My budget for this is $50 - IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT THIS BUDGET THEN DO NOT APPLY I am looking to hire a GRAPHIC DESIGNER who has specializes in web layouts. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A CODER OR PROGRAMMER.. I have an existing web site and I want to have it redesigned. I have attached sketches of the layout I want. If you can follow instructions this will be a simple job.
