Hello there, We're a tech company that builds mobile apps. We're looking for a professional design agency to work with. There are some rules we are looking for: 1) ALL Designs and mockups must be completed on the same day/ within 24 hours. 2) Must have very good english skills 3) Must have a very good portfolio of apps previously designed. 4) Must be able to design apps on Apple and Android for all sizes 5) Must be able to use Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, etc. 6) Must be able to understand theme based on client website + requirements and follow guidelines. 7) You must not require constant managing of your work, all work must be high quality with no errors and great quality design. We are looking for a long term partnership to work with a design agency. Our main objective is that we have design partners who can design and produce the quality we desire within 24 hours. Designers will all have to pass a test, and once the work has started, must respond to any conversations and requests urgently/immediately. We will pay the design agency a monthly fee for unlimited design work and very fast turnaround.

Hello, Clarifications regarding your concerns: 1. We will only be able to provide your approval over this only after knowing how many screens we need to designs and their layout and features. 2. Our complete team is well versed in both oral and written English. And hence, you will not face any problem on this aspect. 3. Yes, we have 5 years of experience working with Android and iPhone apps designs and development. Please open your PMB so we can provide their URL. 4. Yes, we will design all for all device screen sizes and do slicing accordingly. 5. Yes, we use these tools for designs. 6. Before we start work we analysis the requirements and prepare a document to bound scope of work, and then start further designing and development process. 7. Before we provide demo we test the demo on our local server and devices. and once it works fine at our end then we will provide it to clients for testing and after clients approval we transfer the files to client server. In the bid amount , I can provide the website version , android application , ios application with one year support . I am available on all days to discuss and shall provide 2 work updates per week ( Tuesday and Friday ). You can release the payment as per milestones and after the milestone work is complete.
