User Interface and Dashboard Development for AZURE Database

We are building a powerful yet versatile and customisable database application using the Microsoft Azure Platform. The database holds performance and operational data sourced from an ecosystem of sensors, motors, actuators, commercial and custom devices, real-time measurements, and historical data. This data is used to monitor and manage a variety of systems, equipment, and personnel and predict future performance and preventive maintenance activity. The system will incorporate machine learning and implement artificial intelligence as part of the overall deployment of the various applications We are looking for an experienced developer to produce an attractive and intuitive user interface that provides a feature rich environment and presents the data with a modern, contemporary, user-friendly look and feel. The user interface should be aware that user access privileges will vary the information displayed to the level appropriate to the user and adjust the layout accordingly. The dashboards should, 1) Be dynamic and present the required information in a variety of graphical formats including charts (bar, line, etc), graphs, (whisker, spider, etc) text, images, video, and maps. 2) Display real-time information alongside historical data and alarm/alert points 3) Display images of equipment, installation sites, and related documents or checklists etc 4) Display live or stock video files as required. 5) Display various overlayed map images to produce composite maps of a specific site or geographical region. 6) The mapping would include geolocation information for selected sites and a user should be able to select a specific site (hover) on a map and see a selection of data from that site. a. If desired, the user could click to the site for a detailed dashboard or other appropriate information. b. Where possible, dashboards should be ‘standalone’ and not rely on external 3rd party platforms unless they are required to incorporate a required function such as Google Maps etc. 7) The interface will also be used to input various system and device parameters and interact with the platform in various ways. a. The successful contractor will be introduced to our platform developer to enable this interaction to be incorporated into the interface. Dashboards will also be required for administrative functions, system management, human resources management, maintenance scheduling, spare parts and consumables, or field repairs. Various dashboard and display examples are shown below. However, please do not take these as a style guide. We are looking for intuitive and user-friendly designs.
