We are looking to convert a static HTML/CSS template which we bought into a ruby on rails app using Rails 5. We are not looking to convert the whole template, just 10-15 pages, all in one project, and all with dummy functionality and dummy links (no need to program any database, login, etc). We would want the navbar/header and footer to be placed in the Layout view, in order to accommodate future expansion. We will send the full template .zip file which includes many pages, but we will specify the ones which we want to be converted. The rest can be ignored. Zip will include HTML files, CSS files, dummy images, and js files. Looking for the rails version to look and behave same as the static version, including any JavaScript animations. Final delivery would be one separate rails app. . Feel free to use any helpful ruby gems, such as Bootstrap gem, etc.
