I need the creation of a Phonegap app which has the option of opening a QR Scanner which scans a QR and downloads the mp3 of the scanned link in a local folder on the phone so it can be played offline. Also to include a page which retrieves the downloaded mp3s and function to play each offline from the phone storage. To include the repository in Github which I can pull using my Phonegap account. Will give preference to who can do by today.
