Web System Functionality Extension

I'm looking for a professional who can help me enhance my web system. The enhancements I require are as follows: User/ Vendor: - User Receipt Upload: Users can upload their receipts and manually key in specific data from the receipt such as Date, Amount, and select receipt category. - Point Tracking: Implement a feature that enables users to view their total points and pending points upon logging in and update point when redeem. - user can redeem receipt using point and print out real voucher. (Voucher inside must include exp date, company name, vendor address, Discount what kind product category, voucher id that vendor set.) -user can do voucher sorting like state, point, Vendor - can view when voucher is expired, how many people redeem your voucher Admin - Admin help vendor key in vendor company detail (name, address, phone, email, state ) -Admin manually help vendor create cash voucher - company name - address -State - Expired date voucher - Voucher amount or % Discount - Phone - Point deduct when redeem - Vendor joining until when - Admin dashboard will display who vendor will expired joining, or coming soon. Must have report -Admin can Disable/Enable vendor joining if no make payment. I'm in a bit of a hurry and would appreciate getting this done within a month.
