Phonegap Mobile TCPIP Client/Server Chat application

Please read complete text before responding. Please Cover all issues in your response. Using PhoneGap develop & deliver to us an application which can act as Client or Server for a TCPIP chat. This will be expanded & encapsulated by us into our existing software built in MS VB.NET. • Server o Keep a settings file on device and read on startup.  Save last used IPPort. o Show Grid with each client and last message. o Click on row to send simple text message to that client. The sum column show a sum of the RAW BYTE VALUES in each byte of the string.  This is to demonstrate simple processing on the bytes in the TCPIP payload. msg sum This is msg 5 124 This is msg 4 233 This is msg 3 678 This is msg 2 56 This is msg 1 69 o Have a button which can send a simple text message back to server. o DATABASE  If possible, save each message received to a local database (MS SQL Server) on the device. • Table with fields o Datetime – time received o Message – Actual text of message o Sum – Integer sum of bytes. Ensure the finished solution will successfully compile for ios, android, MS windows & Win Mobile systems. • Other issues You have to provide training to us for at least 8 hours to explain the coding topology-structure made in the project & also help encapsulate our code successfully. The budget is somewhat flexible. Complete source code with detailed documentation for this project, need to be submitted on daily basis. The code & all deliverable will become our property.
