We are looking for an HR executive on contract basis for a start up. Ideal candidate must have the below skills: - 2 to 3 years experience in IT recruitment. - Should have experience in implementing HR policies in an IT company - Salary / Payroll processing for a small team. - Deal with all HR formalities from On- boarding to exit. This job is 70% work from home and 30% from our office. Daily 4 hours job after first month of set-up. Candidate must be from Bangalore and willing to commute to our office when required. Occasional Saturdays are required. Term: 3 months full time, 10 hours/week from 4th month. Note: This is a local job at Bangalore. Out station candidates and those who cannot come to our office at least twice a week need not apply. 3 Months fixed pay of Rs.15000/- per month. Hourly pay from 4th month onwards.
