Illustrator for Children Book

We are looking to add one top rated illustrator to our freelancing team who can design books in photoshop formats. Each book has up to 20 pages + cover and back cover page. You will be provided detailed guidelines for each story by the author for each page + cover + back page. We will share with you a sample of work that our current team is producing if you are shortlisted so we follow a similar style. We will need a sample page done so we can see your style and decide. So we will be following these steps below: Step 1: Based on guidelines from the author you create a sample illustration page Step 2: We hire you and you do a full book for us. First, we approve the sketches and then sample colors and then the full book. At this stage, we will also share our current team’s sample work for your reference. Step 3: If we like working with you we hire you for 12 book illustration contract. Timeline: We are expecting you to finish 2 books each month Edits: Expect a few edits along the way at the sketching level, color scheme/selection level and final completed book level. Payment: At the end of step 2, we will pay you for the book even if you don’t hire you for the full 12 books. Step 1 is doing a quick sample page for us to judge.
