Train an employee on InDesign for half a day

yes i seen and i will do sir please discuss and choose me I am the new and only marketing person at a small organization who has limited InDesign skills. I am looking for someone to sit down with me for a couple of hours to answer specific questions about InDesign and maybe a little Illustrator as I design a piece of collateral. I have been designing but I have some questions that google just cant answer and I could use an experienced designer to walk me through some things. This is not asking for any new designs - we already have the logos, images, fonts, etc...I just need someone to show me how to efficiently and quickly put things together in InDesign (ie. How does she properly place an image and resize it and change the colors of the background behind it? How do I change the color on text to make sure it exactly matches the logo in each piece of collateral? ). i would be allowed 2-4 hours for this "course".
