Descripción: En Doble Efe, una agencia de marketing digital, estamos buscando un profesional freelance especializado en Community Management y Social Media para manejar la cuenta de Instagram de un cliente importante en el sector inmobiliario. Responsabilidades: -Administrar y desarrollar la cuenta de Instagram de una inmobiliaria. -Crear y publicar al menos 3 publicaciones semanales en el feed, incluyendo mínimo 1 reel. -Diseñar y publicar 5 historias a la semana, enfocadas en generar interacción y compromiso con la audiencia. -Utilizar herramientas como Canva para el diseño de las publicaciones, manteniendo una alta calidad visual. -Asegurar que todas las publicaciones sigan un patrón coherente y transmitan los valores del cliente, utilizando sus colores corporativos. -Contribuir al crecimiento orgánico de la empresa en el sector, a través de estrategias efectivas en redes sociales. -Analizar y reportar el rendimiento de las publicaciones para optimizar continuamente la estrategia de contenido. - No realizaremos campañas de Ads. El crecimiento va a ser única y exclusivamente orgánico. Requisitos: -Experiencia comprobada en gestión de redes sociales, idealmente en el sector inmobiliario. -Habilidad para crear contenido visual y escrito atractivo y relevante. -Conocimiento actualizado de las mejores prácticas en Instagram y tendencias en social media. -Capacidad para analizar métricas y adaptar estrategias de contenido. -Organización y puntualidad para cumplir con los plazos de publicación. -Fluidez en español.
