We are looking for SEO experts to build links to our site. We will provide keywords and URL information after you sign a NDA.? ## Deliverables You will be required to enter your links into an automatedtracking system. In addition, the following requirements apply: ? - One way links only (no reciprocal links will be accepted) ? - Links must be on pages with industry/topic relevance ? - We will supply target keywords and keyword phrases. Links shouldcontain these keywords in the anchor text hyperlink. ? - Keywords in the anchor text and associated link descriptionsmust be sufficiently randomized, so as not to have a set pattern of linking. ? - Links must be in text (no graphics). ? - Link pages must be permanent and static. ? - Link sites must be in production and active (no sites underconstruction). ? - Only one link per domain (no links from sites that already linkto our site). ? - All links must be from different Class-C IP addresses. ? - Links must not be labeled as sponsored links or ads. ? - Links must be manually submitted. They cannot be created usingany automated software, or by spamming potential link sites. ? - Link pages should be from U.S. English language sites only. ? - Links cannot be through a JavaScript. ? - Links cannot be through a redirect script. ? - Links cannot be on Flash sites or pages. ? - Links cannot include a rel=nofollow tag. ? - Links cannot be from pages excluded by [login to view URL] ? - Links cannot be on pages with more than 30 outbound links. ? - Links cannot be on pages with scraped content, mirror sites,link schemes, or sites overrun with contextual ads, popup, intrusiveadvertising, or anything similar. ? - Links cannot be created using black hat, grey hat techniques orANY other generally unacceptable tactics. These include, but are not limitedto, links from: blog comment spam, referrer spam, guestbooks, classifieds,dynamic links, link farms, link exchange programs, forums, directories,articles submission, Free for All websites, hacker, or generally black hatsites. ? - Links cannot be on sites or pages containing offensive contentincluding, but not limited to, any illegal activity, gambling, pornographic,racially or otherwise prejudiced site or other offensive material. ? Reporting ? - Must send us weekly updates of links built in apassword-protected database that we have created. ? We reserve the right to refuse any link not meeting therequirements and restrictions as listed above.
