Job description: * Product development & itinerary preparation for new destinations - with a flavor of offbeat places * Preparation and costing of Tour Packages for FIT's and GIT (International & Domestic) * Excellent communication skills. * Professional telephone manner. * Communication with the suppliers/vendors regarding Operational aspects. * Framing & Implementation of new operational policies and process. * Managing the Vendors Operation & Post Sales * Complaint handling and conflict resolution * Managing Visa team for Short and Long Haul Destination * Generating reports * Cross selling to maximize sales opportunities.
