You will be reaching out Qualified Personal Trainers and sending them a simple short message just to get a response. You will have a custom conversation. This is NOT any kind of spam. Because we are actually HELPING people and literally changing lives. I'm looking for SERIOUS and COMMITTED people only. For a long term relationship.
