My budget is maximum : $200, please do not overbid on this project. Please see the below project brief for the application for a children’s cause and effect app. The child will touch the iPad screen and a colour balloon will appear, get larger and remain stationary, start spinning (rotating either left or right) or float towards the top of the iPad screen. When the child touches a balloon, it will then pop by exploding into different coloured sparkles. The visual app icon, home page, 2 backgrounds and all other illustrations will be provided. The background music and all sound effects (balloon blowing up, balloon floating, balloon spinning) will also all be provided. To be suitable for this project, you will be able to: - speak, read and write english well. - use Testflight to provide me with the app versions You also must provide me with a link to a similar iPad application which you have designed. If you believe you have the experience to complete this project within a short timeframe, please provide me with a fixed price and timeframe for the work to be completed. I am happy to provide instalments of the fixed price at set times throughout the project, but the final instalment will only be released once the application is accepted by Apple. I'm looking forward to hearing from you regarding this project.

Hi, I am using unity3d, so I can do this game within a week, but I need all the graphics ready then I'll start working, and I'll also need you to create the full milestone here on freelancer at award of work, and release when you got all the work done. I'll provide the android version till development and once it gets done, I'll need one more day to do it in ios. Please do let me know if you are interested. you can award me the project when all the work is done and release the payment, till then you can send me the assets and let me finish the work, and if you want me to accept the project from starting then you'll need to create all milestone and also you need to release 10% at start. thanks patric008
