Flink Learning has between 2,000-3,000 online learning activities (programmed in Flash) that can run on cell phones and 4,000 online learning activities that can run on tablets. These activities are data sets that run in 20-30 generic player apps, what we call activity templates. Because most of the cost to convert these existing activities is the design, graphics, and programming costs to create player apps, we are looking for a bid to create iOS and Android players, each supporting fifteen of our activity templates and reading the data files of thousands of our existing activities. We need all bids in by Thursday, September 15; the player supporting the first two activity templates needs to be done by September 30. I have attached a project specifications document. It includes completely revised (for mobile apps) specs for the first two activity templates and revised (for mobile apps) specs for the other thirteen (which will be completely revised to be consistent with the first two). The Flash versions of many of these activity templates can be seen on our flinklearning web site. Just register for a free Basic subscription and click the Play button on the Home Page or the Play Tab (and the Play button on the Play Page).
