need Swift developer to make an app for MacOS

I want to have postscript driver with below features for macOS; 1. It's similar to "default postscript printer driver". maybe reuse macOS default driver... 2. Should save the postscript format called spool file in local disk. 2-1. Also need to save a print image file in the local disk. 3. popup authentication UI (ID/PW) 4. the user will enter the id/pw and verify using Restful API to the server. 5. If authenticated, then upload the spool file/print image file. 6. and remove the spool/image file in the local. The Printer driver should support on below listed OS; 1. macOS 10.12 or higher(11.0) ** The Printer Driver should be created in swift. The source code should be provided with detail comments and explain to us for further maintenance. If you have any questions, please let me know.
