Potential Crypto Currency Project 3

We are looking for developers that know what they are doing in crypto currencies. The skills needed are OOP, Java, and c++. We will be paying in bitcoin, but before we escrow we will be testing each freelancer to ensure they can actually do the work as we have already hired and fired about 30 people who took the job but could not do what we instructed. (We will email you the file to rewrite) Below are the project guidelines. If you are interested please message me. We are looking for clean code, OOP, throughout. No rushing, no bad code. If the code follows the guidelines below then we will be using that developer for about 1-2 months or hiring permanent to the team if the work is really good. We want quality, not fast dirty code. You must know what crypto currencies/bitcoin are already. If you indicate that you do not know how they function (as we have discovered with other freelancers) we will not use that freelancer any longer. We will be paying in BTC and will escrow the coins to ensure honesty from all parties after the freelancer has been tested with some code we will send to rewrite into java.
