I require a mobile app (iPhone/Android) developer who can convert an image processing and database driven website that I have developed in PHP. The developer I choose will have good communication skills, already have developed apps on the app stores, willing to explore areas of image processing (help will be provided in this area but prior knowledge is a must) and have experience in payment processing within an app. You must also be a reasonable graphic designer.
