Copy and monitoring

I need a sw Java or vb with oracle db. We have 700.000 zip file in a path. Software have thread ( number configurable) to copy a number configurable of zip file in an other folder(path configurable) Sw have to check md5 of file copied. Sw have to scan an other folder where an other process write zip file and when look for a file log details on db and delete file Sw have to scan an other folder to check for zip error. If there is a zip in folder sw have to log details on db. Sw must to have a dashboard where operator can see. Num of threads working Num of zip manager by thread Num zip copied Num of zip checked....( num check error num check ok) Num zip found in a folder Num zip found in folder error If sistema shout down.... It may restart from last file. Copy priority is checked by a query on db table (configurable)
