An App to show different products image on users room wall (using device camera)

Hi, NO COPY + PASTE BIDS PLEASE! Thank you for reading my project. I'm looking for someone who can create me a "Try Product in Your Room" Android App. We are going to develop this App to let our potential customers see how our product may look, if they put them on their rooms wall. Ok, I'll describe more: We have around 200 products in ~5 different categories; and all the products images are already edited to have transparent backgrounds (available in PNG format). The app need to work with the device internet to get the images from the server, check if the images are new (getting them), or if they are already seen (reading from local storage). We want the app to use the device camera and put the products images on the pointing wall, letting the user try different products on their room s wall. Also we may add new product images to the server in future, so the app should automatically update the products if new files available on server. We may need to have the iOS version in the future, so it's preferred if you are using a cross-platform technologies, like xamarin.
