Create a Video Chopper with ffmpeg (no Design)

I am in need for a video chopper. I am in the process of designing and coding my site in c#asp.net. What is needed from you is the ability for a user to input a path from YouTube and as many other video/audio websites, once they enter a path, the textbox will be able to determine if its a video, audio or image path or a basic search. if its video/audio then it will shift to a new screen where the user can then crop with the following options: Video cutter should be able to cut multiple clips in one screen. (Please see attached sample) 1. Give it a new button to add another time line, new colors for each one 2. Should be able to zoom in/out - so the user can zoom into miliseconds 3. Should be able to slice by millisecond time stamps 4. Should keep replaying when one of the ends gets adjusted, just like tupechop" once the user is pleased, they will click next then they can add tags, a title, a script and a thumbnail for each of the clips, either merge the clips or keep each clip separate. then the user can click done which will direct to a page of my choice.
