73843 Frameload Javascript

I am looking for a javascript that will do the following: "Read" the page and randomly load a link on the page in a frame. As the links on the page change from time to time, the javascript should look at the page each time it is loaded and randomly selecting a link on the page to load in the frame (iframe). Additionally, this script should randomly select a number from 3-11. This number should represent the number of seconds to delay the loading of the random link found on the page into the frame (iframe). Payment will be done via the escrow feature of scriptlance and the javascript will be tested for 24 hours to insure accuracy and function before payment is released.
