Franchise management .NET - Build pages

Hello, We have a requirement to build a web-based software to manage franchises and payments. Please refer to the attached document for requirements. We need assistance in designing and building the aspx pages for the prototype of the system describe in the attached document. NO CODING IS INVOLVED IN THIS PROJECT. The pages will be used as a matter of introduction to the client of what the system will do and will also be used by our programmers to implement coding. Pages must be created using html and asp.net controls, so you will need to create an asp.net web project (c#) and start creating the pages within folders, we will provide the database design to the selected provider so it would be easier for you to create the pages. We need that you start working on the earning registration page first (which its highlighted within the attached document) and deliver it by August Tuesday 10th. The remaining pages can be delivered later on. Payment term: We will create scrow payments as we reach the milestones set by you, but will not released it until you deliver the complete web project with all pages.
