Google Adwords Script for MCC

We currently offer adwords promotion to a small number of our customers. We have a Google MCC (my client center account) and our customers are split over 4 accounts inside the MCC and each customer has an individual campaign inside the various accounts. We require a script for adwords we can run at the MCC level that essentially totals up the 4 accounts and will not allow the adwords spend for the day to go over a set budget within the script. Either by pausing the enabled campaigns when we hit the limit or applying some kind of drop on the CPC across all the accounts. The accounts will need to go back live automatically the following day. For example we might set a daily budget of £500 . . .at 8pm the budget might be hit. All the accounts will pause but then at 12am the accounts will go back live for the next day.
