hi, I have an application idea revolving around dating. This will primarily be an IOS app only. I am looking for someone to develop and complete this project from start to finish. there will be multiple payment stages to this project and there will be up front payment offered. Within the app, there is a slightly complicated algorithm so experience in this area is required. I am seeking someone who is flexible to communicate via email everyday as I would have complete control over the design. appropriate technical skills such as WordPress, HTML, PHP, Javascript, Ajax, ASP.Net, .Net, iOS SDK, Xcode, Objective-C, APNS, Android SDK, Java, XMPP , XML, GCM, UX tools, Testing tools. Your proposal should address the following: - Company/personal overview - Overview of capability, team members, skill sets and general ability to meet requirements - General development methodology - Examples of previous work on business mobile applications - NDA / Confidentiality agreement Shortlisted Elancers will be sent more details upon execution of a confidentiality agreement.
